We\u2019re thrilled to share a new group of recent additions to our community of Measurement-Based Care (MBC) partner clinics and organizations. Each is making a significant impact in the lives of individuals, families, and communities through their dedication to high-quality and evidence-based mental health services. Keep reading to learn about their amazing work, the range of populations they serve, and the various programs they offer. Masada Community Mental Health Services<\/b><\/p>\n

Location:<\/b> California, USA<\/span><\/p>\n

For 35 years, <\/span>Masada Community Mental Health Services<\/span><\/a> has been providing comprehensive and accessible mental health services to children, youth, adults, and their families. They provide a range of services to address varying needs, including caregiver support, intensive clinical services, in-home support, occupational therapy, and more.<\/span><\/p>\n

Government of Northwest Territories: Health & Wellness Department<\/b><\/p>\n

Location:<\/b> Northwest Territories, Canada<\/span><\/p>\n

The <\/span>Health & Wellness Department of the Government of Northwest Territories<\/span><\/a> overseas healthcare across the province. They plan to integrate MBC into publicly funded mental health services across the region to enhance service quality and improve outcomes across their population.<\/span><\/p>\n

Grey-Bruce Ontario Health Team<\/a> is composed of over 30 allied health organizations, working harmoniously to improve community health care across Grey and Bruce counties. They aim to provide high-quality, integrated healthcare that is responsive to the needs of their local communities. The Grey Bruce Team views the implementation of MBC as a foundational step to ensure their programs and services continually improve and innovate.<\/span><\/p>\n

Granite Mountain Behavioral Healthcare<\/b><\/p>\n

Location:<\/b> Arizona, USA<\/span><\/p>\n

Based in Arizona, <\/span>Granite Mountain<\/span><\/a> offers a continuum of care ranging from live-in treatment, intensive outpatient, and standard outpatient services. They offer high quality mental health and addiction treatment including individual and group therapy, case management, peer support, and vocational services.<\/span><\/p>\n

Wakenagun Youth Healing Lodge<\/b><\/p>\n

Based in Timmins, Ontario, the<\/span> Wakenagun Youth Healing Lodge<\/span><\/a> is a culturally relevant mental health and substance use live-in program for Indigenous youth aged 12-17. Toronto-based non-profit <\/span>Lumenus<\/span><\/a> provides wrap-around mental health, developmental, and community services for children, youth, and families.
